Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Happy Life Mall. We care about your satisfaction and want to make sure your experience is smooth and secure. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Overview

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If more than 7 days have passed, we may only offer a partial refund depending on the situation. No refunds will be granted after 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unusedunopened, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Additional non-returnable items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened or used health and supplement products
  • Perishable items
  • Intimate or personal care goods
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • The product returned is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts not due to our error)
  • You requested a return after 7 days but within 14 days

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at [Whatsapp – 011-57640717] with photo proof and your order ID.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, it is not eligible for return or refund, as it was provided free of charge as part of the original purchase and not billed to the buyer.

Shipping returns

To return your item, please WhatsApp us to get the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over RM100. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
